To Do List

Kristen had a great idea a while ago… back before I had my own little piece of the blogosphere and I really admire it.  I have a nasty habit of finding an interesting recipe, printing it out, then filing it away until months later… no longer in the mood- I trash it.  In an effort to be a little more green I’m going to keep the intriguing recipes here until I give them a try.  I’ll let you know how they turn out!*

Carrot cake ice cream? Are you serious! I think I would be in heaven… and I don’t even love ice cream that much. YUM!

Have you ever tried to make lemon butter, sometimes called lemon curd? I have a very old recipe but have never tried it, I’m a bit intimidated as my dad always says “Granny made the best…” 🙂
